When in the mid-seventies, specifically in 1977, I decided to embark on a new path in the world of partridge breeding, I was convinced that the challenge of breeding our Red Partridge would become one of the most exciting projects in my life.

However, like in any conquest, my ambition was not without hard work. Perhaps I was unaware of the enormous amount of imagination required by the project, or the degree of determination and dedication that it would demand of me, but I soon discovered that in overcoming these obstacles, I found the main reasons for achieving the objective of gradually breeding a select category of partridges.

This above anything else has been my obsession, and it continues to be in my day to day quest to transmit this excitement to all the staff in our group of companies. I know that, without them, without their dedication and enthusiasm, the project that we started three decades ago would not have been possible.

The outcome of this project is, after all, not only what makes us committed but also what sets us apart from the rest and inspires the trust of each and every one of our customers.
